Chipotle Chile Brisket
Please note—this is SLOW COOKING at a delicious level!

| 1/2 tsp. |
Celery salt |
| 1/2 tsp. |
Onion salt (or powder to lower sodium) |
| 1/2 tsp. |
Garlic salt (or powder to lower sodium) |

Wine Country Kitchens Chipotle Chile Barbecue & Grill Sauce
(can also substitute our new Sweet & Smoky Barbecue & Grill Sauce) |
*If using powders above then lightly salt beef before adding to dish
Place the brisket in a large glass baking dish. Combine the salts with the Worcestershire sauce and rub on all surfaces of the meat. Add fresh cracked pepper if desired. Cover and refrigerate the brisket overnight.
Preheat the oven to 275°. Place the brisket in a shallow roasting pan and bake, covered for 5 hours. Check occasionally to see if liquid is needed. If so, add water or low sodium beef stock.
Pour the Chipotle Chile Barbecue & Grill Sauce over the roast and bake, covered for 1 hour longer. Let stand for 15 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain to serve. Layer over additional sauce if desired. ENJOY!
