Tomato & Toasted Sesame Bruschetta

12 (1/2 - inch thick) slices crusty Italian Bread

Wine Country Kitchens Toasted Sesame & Garlic Grapeseed Oil Spritzer
- 2 cups tomatoes, seeded and diced (romas work best)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, small dice
- 1/4 cup basil, chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons Wine Coutnry Kitchens Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Spritz the bread slices with toasted sesame and garlic grapeseed oil spritzer. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the bread slices on the grill and grill until well toasted on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove the bread from the grill and set aside.
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, red onion, basil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Spritz one time with toasted sesame and garlic grapeseed oil spritzer and mix. Let sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
Top each piece of bread with a heaping tablespoon of the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
