We specialize in dressings, grilling sauces, marinades, salsas, hot sauces, pasta sauces, infused olive oils, wine vinegars, infused oil sprays, herb & spice blends and various dry pantry products.
At Wine Country Kitchens we offer over 60 items from our proprietary lines to gourmet retailers and also make available these recipes for private label customers. We have a number of new & exciting recipes within our 3 brands, (“Wine Ccountry Kitchens”, “Napa Valley Harvest”, “The Napa Valley Barbecue Company”, and "Napa Valley Pantry").
Our Napa Valley style of cooking is reflected in our recipes, such as “garlic parmesan dipping sauce”, “blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar”, “tomato-vodka & sweet cream pasta sauce” & “chipotle grilling sauce”, to name a few.
In addition to private label we also develop & produce recipes for other food companies with their label, known as ´contract packaging. for our customers, we acquire all the approvals, source the ingredients and produce the product. We make concentrated efforts to source unique quality ingredients and require high standards of production efficiencies within our company. our facility is fully licensed and insured.
