Brewmaster, Colin Kaminski, of Downtown Joe’s Brewery in Napa ventured into our kitchen with their most popular beer, the Tail Waggin’ Amber Ale, to lend a hand crafting our Amber Beer Mustard. Known for their British style ales, this ale brings the characteristic of a true amber with its subtle “maltiness” and rich color.
