[+] What is the expiration date on my product?
We actually use a made date on all of our products. This lot code looks something like: 770050 23JA10 – this means the product was made January 23, 2010 OR W73 21308 – this follows a julienne date and was made the 213th day of 2008 which was July 31st.
All of our recipes have a 2 year sensory shelf life (aroma, flavor, texture). Our products are shelf stable for many years but because we use no chemical preservatives or additives, the aroma, texture and flavor change beyond 2 years. In addition, beginning in December 2010, we also added a “Best By” date on our products which is working its way into the market now.
[+] Can I get a discount for ordering a case of an item?
Yes. Just click on contact us and send an email request. A promo code will be sent to you.
[+] Are your products All Natural?
Yes. All of our products are All Natural. We do not use any chemical preservatives or additives.
[+] Are your products Organic?
No. Our products are not considered Organic although several of our ingredients are in fact Organic and the ingredient list will call these out for you. We are also an Organic Certified facility.
[+] Can I call in my order?
Yes. However, please keep in mind that any promos, incentives or contests can only be offered through the website and do not apply to called in orders.
[+] If I am local to your warehouse, can I pick-up my order?
Yes. Just click on the contact us page and send an email request for an order form to place your order via fax. Faxed in orders work the same way as called in orders and any promos, incentives or contests can not be offered.
[+] Can you tell me where to find your products at a store near me?
We actually use distributors across the country and often do not have access to a customer list in your area. If you are in California or close to the western states we might ship to them direct and can locate a store for you but not for a specific item. Just click on the contact us page and send an email request.
[+] Does Wine Country Kitchens have a store?
We do not have our own store. We sell to retailers and distributors.
[+] What if I don’t see a product I am looking for on your website?
If you are looking for a specific product with our Wine Country Kitchens logo and you do not see it on our website then chances are this item has been discontinued and is no longer available.
[+] How can I sell your products in my store?

[+] What do I do if I received my order and have damage?
Please click on the contact us page and press option 1 for customer service.

[+] The promo code is not working, what do I do?
Be sure you are entering the promo code exactly as shown watching for caps and spacing. You will also need to have an account in order to take advantage of the promos. The promo code may also be expired or could have been used already.
[+] What if I have an allergy?
If you have a serious life threatening allergy, it is always important to check the ingredients list of our products. If you have any doubts or questions about an ingredient, you can certainly click on the contact us page and send an email request and we will do our best to assist you.
[+] What do I do if my product is outdated or expired?
We recommend that products beyond the 2 year sensory shelf life not be consumed. If you purchased the product recently from a retail store, you can simply return the item to the store for a refund or replacement as they are responsible for maintaining inventory. If you received it as a gift, you could certainly ask the “gifter” where they purchased the item and return the item.
[+] Can I take a tour of your facility?
We typically do not offer tours or visits through production for the general public. You can certainly pick-up orders from our warehouse.
[+] My shipping costs were high – what can I do?
Our shipping costs through FedEx are based on weight and distance. Naturally, it will be more expensive to ship item to the east coast. We do receive very competitive shipping rates so you can simply play with the order qty and see the shipping costs before finalizing your order to determine what is most cost effective to ship to your location.
[+] Can I ship my order through the Postal Service or UPS?
No. We only offer shipping through FedEx at this time.
[+] Do you offer your recipes in bulk or larger packaging?
No. We do not offer bulk or larger packaging to the general public/consumers. If you are a retailer, please click the contact us page and send an email request for information and guidelines.
[+] Can I request a catalog?
Yes. Just please note that the catalog only shows the categories we offer and general information. We actually have more detailed information about our products on the website.
[+] What do you do with my email address and personal information from my account?
We use the information you provide us when creating an account to send you special offers and promos a couple times a month. We never sell your information to a 3rd party or use the information in any other way except to offer you deals and promote new products.
[+] I have a product with your name on it but the logo is Napa Valley Harvest or Napa Valley Barbeque Company – is this you?
Yes. We have special product lines and packaging that are only offered to mass market store chains. Rest assured that is our high quality recipe but in different packaging so the mass market retailer can offer them at a better price.
